A national meeting in medical genetics took place on 6 February 2006 in the town of Plovdiv. Specialists in the field of medical genetics and public health attended the meeting. Issues on the medical genetics`s standarts, register of the congenital disorders, education and research projects were discussed. The meeting was organized by our ICRDOD and the Department of Medical Genetics, Medical University (Plovdiv). Supported by GENZYME.
