In an open letter the largest nationally representative patient organization in Bulgaria – the Confederation for Health Protection (CHP), has expressed its concern over the allocated budget funds for healthcare for 2012. Especially, CHP disagrees with the fixed amount of funds for the treatment of rare diseases for 2012, which CHP consider as discrimination against the patients with rare diseases.
