Thalassaemia & Haemoglobinopathies

The 10th International Conference on Thalassaemia & Haemoglobinopathies and 12th International TIF conference for Thalasaemia Patients and Parents will take place in Dubai, from 7th – 10th January 2006. These conferences, held under the patronage of H.H. Sheikh Hamdan Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai, Minister of Finance & Industry, President of the Department of Health and Medical Services and in cooperation with the Thalassaemia International Federation, Department of Health for Medical Services and Emirates Thalassaemia Society aims at providing the participants with a stimulating atmosphere, helping to raise hope, awareness and commitment to the challenges of fighting Thalassaemia and other severe Haemoglobinopathies.
