More than 30 families attended the national meeting of parents and their children affected by Prader-Willi`s syndrome, which took place on 19 May 2006 in Sofia (Bulgaria). Mrs. Pam Eisen, President of the International Prader-Willi Syndrome Organization and Mr. Giorgio Fornasier, Director of Program Development of IPWSO presented very interesting lectures. An important decision for establishing a patient association of Prader-Willi in Bulgaria to support children who suffer in this disorder and their families was taken.
