The 36 Annual General Meeting of the EAMDA (European Alliance of Muscular Dystrophy Associations ) will take place on 21 – 24 September 2006 in Bratislava, Slovakia. It is hosted by the Muscular Dystrophy Organisation (MDO) of the Slovak Republic. During the meeting an International Medical Conference “Steps Forward in Care and Cure” will be held. The conference will be divided in two sessions: “Multidisciplinary medical care for persons with neuromuscular disorders (NMD)” and “Implementing therapy development“.
