The Second Balkan patient meeting “Better Communication – Better Treatment” will be held on 20-21 April 2013 in “Moscow” Park Hotel in Sofia. The event is organised by the Bulgarian National Alliance of People with Rare Diseases. Representatives from the Balkan countries, as well as guests from the UK, France, Russia and Norway are expected to attend the meeting.
